Engineers Without Borders - University of Delaware
We collaborate with communities, technical partners, and student volunteers to design sustainable solutions in water, structures, and public health.
Engineers Without Borders USA is a non-profit, humanitarian organization of dedicated and enthusiastic students and professionals who believe everyone should have access to adequate sanitation, safe drinking water, and resources to meet their basic needs. After identifying a problem, our chapter at University of Delaware works closely with an international community and professional engineers to develop and implement sustainable solutions. Our completed projects include a potable water supply in Cameroon, improving access to clean water in the Philippines and a bridge in Guatemala. We are currently partnered with communities in Malawi improve their access to clean water as well as building structures to connect groups of people.
